As a Class-B General Contractor, EXA Builders licensed to perform construction and building projects of both Commercial and Residential dwellings that are meant for occupancy. This includes both Renovations and ground-up New Construction.

What insurance policies do we carry?

EXA Builders is fully insured and carries Commercial General Liability Insurance, holds Workers Compensation for all onsite employees, with a Contractors Bond. Supporting documentation can be made available upon request.

Our projects typically range between $50k and $5M, however, we assess all projects on a case-by-case basis.
